Dale Barton Agency provides our liability insurance, Central Bonds & Insurance handles our bonding needs, while the Workers' Compensation Fund of Utah provides our workers compensation coverage.

Yack Construction believes that it is of the utmost importance to provide a safe work environment for our employees and our subcontractor's employees. Every employee attends a weekly safety meeting held by our superintendent. We issue our safety manual to each employee and require that they agree to adhere to our policy, which includes the musts: hard hats, sturdy work boots or shoes and safety glasses. Our subcontractors are also required to abide by our safety policy.
